I've learned so much in a year of drawing. It has been an experience in joy and courage for me. Joy because this is a talent I discovered recently. Courage, because after trying to learn "real" drawing, I have decided to stay with this naive style.

Mostly I use crayons. Sometimes I use paint. The drawings record moments in my daily life -- with some poetic license. In the tradition of blogging, these run from the most recent back to the more primitive. It makes me happy to look at these. I hope you enjoy them too.

I loved the "In Stabiano" exhibit at the Chazen.
I also love biking into the Arboretum. Posting images in Blogger is frustrating, well REALLY frustrating. So this layout is inexcusable. Click on the image if you want to see it enlarged.
