How wonderful! Restores your faith in human nature, doesn't it?

Great drawings, as always, Caroline.

I still haven't ordered your postcards. What am I waiting for? Want to do that ASAP.

What a wonderful tale! Reminds me of a time I worked nights in the Winter, just a couple of blocks from Niagara Falls. At the end of my first shift, I discovered that my car was completely encased in a solid inch of ice. Fortunately I had an ice scraper. Unfortunately it was in the trunk. I never made THAT mistake again!

Hi Caroline, thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. This is my first visit to your blog and I enjoyed the visit. The Christmas Spirit is alive and well, to be sure. Good fortune to you in 2010.

hi caroline, thanks for leaving such a nice comment on my blog. i love yours, it's good fun and i really like your stories! i had a similar experience with a stuck car on ice. my boyfriend told me to sit on the hood and then he tried to drive slowly again. and it worked perfect (except that i fell off) :-)

A big burly guardian angel with an ice-chopper clasped in his meaty fist was looking out for you! How perfect is that?!!!

How wonderful! Celestial angels may be real, but it's best when we remember to be angels to each other!

Love the illustrations!! Applause!

Yay - you're back! Great story and these drawings are wonderful. They are so expressive you almost don't need the captions. If you read through without them, you know what's going on because the drawings are so clear.

I absolutely LOVE your work. If you had these in a book I would buy it! I love working with crayons myself...and would love to do something like this....but I don't think my drawing is near as good or as creative. Yours is amazing. I also like the stories that go along with the drawings. I found you from Jamie Ridler Studios link. I will add you to my favorites for sure! PLEASE MAKE A BOOK!
