I love this!! Thanks for giving me your url yesterday. Your use of color is fabulous. So glad you don't do computerized stuff. I can actually see brush strokes or crayon strokes. This feels like a really gentle and fun blog. Can't wait for more.
I am a huge Gene Kelly fan as well. I thought I heard his voice on TV the other day and was disappointed to find someone else. Glad to know there are others who appreciate him as well. :)
Can't wait to see what you're cooking up. I'm loving your sustenance drawings in the meantime!
I have been coming to your blog anticipating your wonderful drawings of the new story. Today I had my prize! I really enjoy your fabulous drawings, and cant wait for August 10! I also share most of what sustains you. Enjoy your break. (my friend, the computer wiz is still not back from vacation, so I have not been able to follow your advice.)
Your self-sustaining choices are all about health, warmth, art, and beauty, and your blog itself breathes all these. Did you know that your blog is a self-sustaining choice for many?
Thanks for encouraging me to consider what sustains me in my little patch of the world. - family and friends - trees and all that is native to these few acres - dogs and cats (dogs, more so) - fabric, colors, and creativity - Fraggle Rock. I have Cotterpin Doozer in my sewing room where I make quilts and Kermit is in our family room.
I apologize for my own, recent absences. I've been dealing with some medical issues lately. I had a laproscopic hysterectomy just yesterday (I'm happy about that, though.) Am home today, recovering. I promise I'll get back to more regular visits once I'm back on my feet. Take care, hon!
