I totally understand the pressure of regular blogging! I'm about to finish a year of daily drawings and yes, I'm going to space them out more from now on.

You've done a fabulous job and I look forward to the next phase.

Caroline, I will miss you until Spring. I will be looking forward to your "re-emergence". The internet will not be the same without you.

Have a good rest and please return with more wonderful drawings.

Peace and Love

I am feeling a little bereft right now. Very selfish of me, I know.
Enjoy your break. We will all be so happy to see you return.
Have a wonderful fall and winter, Caroline. You have enriched my life.

Oh, Caroline,
I'm going to miss you so much. Your's is one of the most creative blogs I've read. I know how much work goes into doing a blog like this and you deserve a rest from it all. Hope you have a wonderful "vacation" and come back to us, fresh and full of new ideas.
I hope when you return that Barack Obama will be in the White House taking care of our people and our country.
Till then, I will think of you everytime I open a box of crayons.

Even tho I'm a late comer, I'll miss you too and hope your blog will stay so we can visit your archives as you hibernate and re-charge. May we do that? Pretty please? Pretty please with sugar on top (real sugar, of course)?

As has been said, may this land be cared for and cared about by President Obama and when you awaken, your spirit will soar as truth is honored again and justice is law.

Thanks for every colorful thing you've written and drawn!

SAY IT ISN'T SO !!
You have become such a big part of my blogging world, Caroline, and I will miss your wonderful drawings. You have just flourished and I've loved watching the progress.
PLEASE COME BACK....and check in on your old blogger friends once in a while. Hugs........

Caroline, everyone understands, including me. The pressure of blogging gets me down regularly. I'll be celebrating my two-year anniversary soon and I find it's getting more difficult.

Your blog is so unique. I love it and I'm glad I met you.

But, dammit I will miss you.

Rest up and let your creative juices flow without the worry about the next post :o)

Hugs,
Mary

I enjoyed your blog so much. I could see it took a lot of work. I wish you could have skipped your job and done this instead. Maybe you wouldn't be so worn out. I will miss you. Your view of life via your blog was uplifting for me. Hope you rise up refreshed after your rest to do whatever it is that is in front of you.

As much as I have enjoyed your blog since I discovered it, I also fully understand the benefits of recharging one's proverbial batteries. Please take care of yourself & take your time, like every good cocooned butterfly. Peace, love & great, big hugs!

Caroline,
I'm sorry (for myself) that you are going on hiatus. Yours is one of the first things I open on Monday mornings and it both adds colour to my day and makes me feel as if we are in communication. Thanks for sharing so much of yourself, enjoy your rest, and I look forward to more Crayons when the flowers start sending up their shoots.

Snuggle down, stay warm. Enjoy your hibernation! I've loved every one of your posts. I was so happy to "rediscover" your blog, and will be looking forward to your emergence in Spring. Your work is really remarkable, and yes, you deserve a break. Thank you for sharing all of it. Namaste.

Caroline--be well and rest.
Like any expression, replenishment is necessary. A time to recharge, take instead of give, reserve energy.

I will wait for your return.

Caroline - thank you so much for sharing your life with us. You made the ordinary things in my life become numinous as you recounted your life to us. I'll look forward to more from you. Many blessings.

I hope I can keep reading your old posts. How will I make it through the doldrums of winter without CC? I will attempt a few of my own. I will be watching with anticipation. The bird sings before the dawn with anticipation... lizzzzy in Ar. Moving to MO.

I've enjoyed your art so do nurture your talent. Just now returned to learn you are hibernating as I've been preoccupied with some issues of my own.

Enjoy your time away, but I do hope to learn when you return, or if you start a different blog you'll send your URL.

Hope you're as pleased as am I that hope is renewed in our America with the results of our presidential election.
